Welcome to Beliefly. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Beliefly mobile application (“App”) and our website at beliefly.app. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Beliefly.

About Beliefly

Beliefly is a personal belief tracking and self-development tool that works entirely offline on your device. The App is provided by Beliefly (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Beliefly does not collect personal information or store your belief data on our servers. All entries and data remain on your device unless you choose to manually back them up or transfer them.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Beliefly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Claim ownership or create derivative works from the App.

In-App Purchases

Beliefly offers an optional one-time purchase of Lifetime Premium, processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle or store your payment information — all transactions are managed directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store policies. Purchases are tied to the platform account (your Apple ID or Google Account) used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred or shared between platforms or accounts. Your Lifetime Premium access remains valid for the lifetime of the app on that platform account, provided the app remains available in the respective store and you comply with the store’s terms and conditions.

Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your belief entries and any other information you add to the App. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or other causes.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in Beliefly (excluding your personal entries) are owned by Beliefly, including but not limited to the design, logo, branding, and software code.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Beliefly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of Beliefly, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or reliance on any information within the App.

Beliefly is a self-help tool and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. For serious mental health concerns, please consult a licensed professional.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on beliefly.app/terms-and-conditions, along with the updated “Last updated” date shown at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
